Who we are
This website, honestinnovations.com, is run by Cloud Timon Private Limited, trading as Honest Innovations, with its registered office at H.No. 7-38/1, Plot No. 697, Survey No. 243, Subash Nagar, Jeedimetla, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500055 ("we", "us"). What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:
- Quote and contact forms: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, the service you need and your message.
- Job applications: name, contact details, preferred office, role, portfolio links, your message and the resume you upload.
- AI chat assistant: the messages you type in the chat on this website. If you choose to share your details at the end of a chat, the conversation is sent to our team with them. Otherwise we do not keep chat conversations.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the messages you send us when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: our hosting server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the services you ask for.
- To assess job applications and contact shortlisted candidates.
- To send you updates you have subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep the website secure and working properly, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form (as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), and where needed to perform a contract with you or comply with the law. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes: up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client.
- Client records and invoices: as long as required by tax and company law (usually 8 years).
- Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Your rights
You can ask us to: see the personal data we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it; or withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew). You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@honestinnovations.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How we protect it
The website runs over HTTPS (encrypted), form submissions are emailed only to our team inbox, and access to client data is limited to the people working on your project. No system is completely secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@honestinnovations.com or +91 77805 55875. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
