About these terms
These terms apply to your use of honestinnovations.com and to services provided by Cloud Timon Private Limited, trading as Honest Innovations, with its registered office at H.No. 7-38/1, Plot No. 697, Survey No. 243, Subash Nagar, Jeedimetla, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500055. Each project also has a written quote or proposal. If the quote and these terms disagree, the signed quote wins.
Using this website
You may browse and share this website for personal and business purposes. Please do not copy our designs, text or images for commercial use, attempt to break the site's security, or submit false information through our forms. Case studies and examples are illustrative, and results vary by business.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope (extra pages, features or revisions) is quoted separately before we start it. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payments
Unless your quote says otherwise, projects are billed in milestones, with an advance before work begins and the balance before the website or app goes live. Monthly services (SEO, ads management, maintenance) are billed in advance each month. Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is added where applicable. Ad spend on Google, Meta and other platforms is paid by you directly to those platforms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, logins and feedback on time, and to confirm that any text, images or logos you give us are yours to use. Delays in content or approvals may move the delivery date.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website or app, its content and design, and the domain and accounts registered for you. We may reuse our own general-purpose code and tools, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain under their own licences.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, payment gateways, app stores and ad platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fee changes, but we will help you resolve any issues.
Marketing and SEO results
We follow Google's guidelines and industry best practice, but no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, because search engines and ad platforms control their own algorithms. We report honestly on what we do and the results it brings.
Warranty and support
We fix bugs in work we delivered, free of charge, for 30 days after launch. After that, support and updates are available under an annual maintenance contract (AMC) or at our hourly rate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, or for problems caused by changes made by you or another party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.
Offers and coupons
From time to time we offer discount coupons on this website (for example HONEST10). Unless the offer says otherwise: a coupon is valid for 30 days from when it is issued, applies to our fees for new projects only, can be used once per business, cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and does not apply to domains, hosting, ad spend or other third-party costs. We may change or end an offer at any time, but we will honour coupons already issued within their validity.
