Yes. There are separate apps for parents, students, teachers and drivers.
Is it suitable for small schools?
Yes. It works for small schools as well as larger schools with multiple branches. You only use the modules you need.
Can you bring in our existing student data?
Yes. During setup we help import your existing student and fee details, for example from Excel.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Parents can see fee dues in the parent app and pay online, and the receipt is recorded automatically.
Does it support CBSE and State Board report cards?
Yes. Report cards are set up in your board's format with your school's name and logo.
Which biometric devices does it work with?
It works with eSSL and other common biometric fingerprint and face recognition devices. Punches sync to the ERP automatically. If you already have devices, tell us the model during the demo and we will check it for you.
Can parents get an alert when their child reaches school?
Yes. When a student is marked present at the gate or on the bus, parents get an SMS, WhatsApp or app notification. They are also alerted if the child is absent.
Does payroll handle PF, ESI and professional tax?
Yes. Payroll calculates PF/EPF (employee and employer share), ESI, professional tax and TDS from each staff member's attendance and salary structure. It also creates the ECR file for the EPFO portal.
Can parents track the school bus in real time?
Yes. The driver app shares the bus location, and parents see it live in the parent app, with alerts when their child boards or gets off.
Can teachers manage exams and results?
