How does geo-attendance work?
Employees mark attendance from the mobile app. The app checks their location against the approved office or site, so attendance can only be marked from the right place.
Does it work for field staff?
Yes. Field staff can check in from approved sites or log customer visits, and managers can see the records.
Does payroll include PF, ESI and professional tax?
Yes. Salaries are calculated from attendance and leave, with PF, ESI and professional tax deductions, and payslips are generated for each employee.
Can we set our own leave and shift rules?
Yes. Leave types, holidays, shifts, late marks and overtime rules are set up to match your company policy.
What if an employee doesn't have a smartphone?
Attendance can also be marked by a manager or from a shared device at the office, so everyone is covered.
Can employees mark attendance from home?
Only if you allow it. You decide the approved locations for each employee, such as the office, a site or home for remote staff.
Does it work for multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own location and rules, and HR sees attendance for all branches together.
Can we export attendance to our payroll or accountant?
Yes. Attendance and payroll reports can be exported to Excel or PDF.
